Monthly average price, index, monthly and annual percentage change, and sales volume for Scotland and its 32 council areas. The latest national price is dated June 2026.
What we do not claim
- The latest UK HPI estimates can be revised as more transactions are recorded.
- Sales volumes lag the price index, so every volume is shown with its own month.
- These are area-level statistics, not valuations of individual homes.
- No owner, occupier or individual-address records are published.
Corrections
If a figure appears inconsistent with the official release, send the page URL and the figure. We will check the source and record the correction.
